Ingredients
- 1 bottle red wine, we used The Investor Red Wine
- 1/4 cup demerara sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 star anise
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 blood orange, sliced
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
To serve, pour into mugs and garnish with a slice of blood orange, a star anise, and cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
