- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the lime-cilantro sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
