With alluring shades of rose petal pink and pale blue, this bone-dry rosé keeps flavors rich and mouthwatering. Bracing acidity underscores a juicy, fruit-driven palate of fresh strawberry, watermelon and “coeur de pigeon” cherry—irresistible cherries found in Winemaker Christophe Paubert’s hometown in France. Flavors of strawberries and cream come through mid-palate adding complexity to this refreshing, utterly pleasing warm-weather wine. This wine finishes with soft tannins and a beautiful silky texture, leaving a lasting impression enticing you to come back for another mouthwatering sip.
Made from 100% Grenache, the majority of the fruit comes from the Gamble Ranch Vineyard, located mid-valley in Oakville. Originating from the Rector Creek alluvial fan near Oakville, the rocky soil of this vineyard produces Grenache grapes of intensity, ideal for our Rosé. The remaining portion of Grenache comes from the Frediani Vineyard, located in Calistoga. Based in the northernmost part of Napa Valley, this warm-region vineyard consistently produces some of the most refined Grenache grapes that Winemaker Christophe Paubert has ever tasted
